|---|---|---|---|
| Feel(感觉) | I completely understand how you feel | 我完全理解您的感受 | 认可对方,化解敌意 |
| Felt(感受) | Many of our customers felt the same way | 很多客户也曾有同样的感受 | 让对方觉得不孤单,降低对抗 |
| Found(发现) | But what they found was…
Feel: I completely understand how you feel —
price is always an important factor.
Felt: Many of our customers felt the same way
when they first saw our quotation.
Found: But what they found was that with our
quality and after-sales support, the total
cost of ownership actually works out lower
than cheaper alternatives. For example,
[具体客户] switched from a cheaper supplier
and reduced their defect-related costs by 40%.
Feel: I understand your concern about the lead time.
Felt: Several of our European clients felt the same
urgency when they first placed orders.
Found: What they found was that our 30-day lead time
actually includes full QC inspection and
third-party testing — which saved them from
costly quality issues down the line. If you
need it faster, we can discuss a priority
production option.
Feel: I understand you need to compare options —
that's just good business.
Felt: Most of our long-term customers felt the same
way when they were evaluating suppliers.
Found: What they found was that the initial savings
from cheaper alternatives were often offset by
higher defect rates, delayed shipments, and
communication issues. We've maintained a 98.5%
on-time delivery rate over the past 3 years.
Feel: I understand — committing to a large quantity
for a first order can feel risky.
Felt: Many of our new customers felt exactly the same
hesitation.
Found: What they found was that starting with our
standard MOQ actually gave them better pricing
and priority production. That said, if you'd
like to start with a smaller trial order, we
can discuss that option.
Feel: I completely understand — quality is critical
for your market.
Felt: Our clients in [客户市场] felt the same concern
before their first order.
Found: What they found was that our defect rate is
under 0.5%, and we provide full inspection
reports with every shipment. I can send you
our latest QC report if that would help.
Feel: I understand — cash flow is always a concern
for growing businesses.
Felt: Many of our partners felt the same way about
our standard T/T terms initially.
Found: What they found was that after 2-3 successful
orders, we were happy to offer more flexible
terms. Would you like to start with a smaller
order to build that relationship?
| 弱 Found | 强 Found |
|---|---|
| “They found our quality is better” | “They found our defect rate was 0.3%, compared to the industry average of 2.5%” |
| “They found it was worth it” | “They found the total cost was 15% lower over 2 years due to fewer returns” |
Feel: I understand your concern about the price.
Felt: Many customers felt the same initially.
Can I ask — when you compare prices,
are you looking at just unit cost, or
total cost including shipping, defects,
and after-sales support?"
Feel: I understand how you feel.
Felt: Many of our clients felt the same way.
Let me check with our team — I want to
see if there's anything we can do to
address your concern.
Found |
